Seven-layer Bars

This recipe is for an 11"x7" pan, but can be doubled for a 13"x9" pan. I highly recommend it. These are delicious served warm with ice cream.


 
1 stick butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

Pour melted butter into a small glass pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs to coat the bottom. Evenly spread out the chocolate chips, then coconut, then butterscotch chips. Pour the condensed milk over top to coat evenly. Top with nuts. Bake at 325° for 25-30 minutes. Cool until almost cold and then cut with a knife or pizza cutter into small bars.
